I installed the filters, purchased and received from KillDirt, in my Bissell Model 6579-3 Vacuum Cleaner.
After turning on the Vacuum, dirt flew out of the Vacuum Cleaner, everywhere. In Amazon Seller Feed Back, I reported that dirt flew out everywhere from my vacuum cleaner, and gave a rating of one star.
But after an E-mail from KillDirt with an offer to replace the product, if I would change the poor rating; I removed my comments from the Amazon Customer Reviews section.
After that KillDirt reneged on their offer to replace the defective filter, saying I purchased the wrong filters, even though the KillDirt Amazon listing for the vacuum Cleaner filters, clearly listed the EnviroCare Part #955 filter set as fitting and working with the Bissell Model 6579 series vacuum cleaners.
Their suggestion was to send the filters back to Amazon for refund. That's okay, but I would have to pay the shipping back to Amazon.
Why should I pay to ship incorrectly advertized parts back to Amazon, when KillDirt incorrectly advertized the EnviroCare Part #955 filter set that they are selling, as fitting my Bissell Model number 6579-3 vacuum cleaner, (their Amazon add said 6579 Series vacuum cleaners)?
KillDirt should pay for return shipping, since it's KillDirts mistaken Amazon add that falsely led me to purchase the incrrect vacuum cleaner filter set.
